In-take procedure
The interest for buyers is of course significant, hence the importance of good communication and contacts with both buyers and sellers.
Our in-take procedure is intensive. We like to understand how serious all parties are in order to avoid any discomfort in the procedure along the way. It is crucial that potential buyers are prepared to provide us with the requested information whilst we will carefully listen to what your demands and criteria are. Of course we will treat all information as confidential.

Our sales team operates - from Marbella - with an exclusive international network. This network gives us access to a substantial portfolio of quality properties on the basis of a formal selling mandate. A significant part of exclusive real estate for sale in Europe is known to us and thus can be offered for sale through our network or directly via our office. We are specialists with regard to the French and Spanish property markets.

Although our core business is the sale of exclusive real estate, we also provide the following services:

Costs
The price of our services for France and Spain is normally included in the asking price of the property. For some other countries different commission systems may apply, yet are very reasonable. The remuneration for services to our potential buyers is fully included in the asking price. Exclusive search mandates are attractive for those buyers who either do not have the time or the interest to scroll through many portfolio's without the necessary transparency. As we know the Marbella market and Costa del Sol very well, we almost always can achieve a significant saving on the total asking price making the commission aspect negligible.
